I started practicing Yoga over 25 years ago.

Back then, I certainly didn't practice as much as I do now but whenever I was in a class I always felt something deep down, stirring. I didn't really know what it was or think to much about it then but something special had begun...

Hi, I'm Kerry from Inner Hippy Yoga

My practice radically changed when I finally met my teacher, Steve Harrison who founded The Living Yoga Method.

My love of yoga was then subsequently transformed into a path of teaching. This moment in time completely transformed my life and I realised that the Living Yoga Method had the power and potential to rapidly change lives.

I also discovered that even though I am a teacher...

I will always be a student.

The Journey

The medicine is within the journey itself, not the destination

With this newfound understanding, I began to study earth wisdom and herbal medicine (in addition to the Living Yoga Method) which was introduced to me by Marysia Miernowska, the founder of the School of the Sacred Wild.

Like the roots of an old woodland thriving in the sun, these two practises magically began to intertwine.

There is so much joy in exploring the beauty in everything

In order to heal and enhance human experience, the practise I teach is founded on adhering to the earth's natural rhythms, plant medicine, and Yogic science.

In such unstable times, staying connected to my mind, breath, body, and planet seems so right. It has given me direction and insight on how to live my best life, and I'd like to share it with you. If these things resonate with you then we care about the same things.
